Preanalytics/Notes:	Let whole blood coagulate after sampling, centrifuge, transfer supernatant serum into a new tube, label the tube accordingly, freeze and dispatch deep-frozen with dry ice. Please explicitly note down if macro CK is suspected. Please note that due to lack of diagnostic benefit, analysis of CK isoenzymes will only be performed if total CK is >= 100 U/l.
