In porphyria diagnostics we recommend the following steps: 1) Orientating porphyrin diagnostics: Urine analysis (10ml of a 24h collection), if necessary, determination of porphyrins in stool (5g stool) 2) Diagnosis of erythropoietic porphyria: Determination of free protoporphyrins in erythrocytes (3ml EDTA blood - the material is stable for 3 days) |

Die Kosten werden für den i. d. R. genutzten 1,15-fachen GOÄ-Satz dargestellt. Wird die Untersuchung nicht in Ihrem regionalen Labor durchgeführt, erfolgt die Analyse in dem Labor, das im Leistungsverzeichnis genannt ist. In diesem Fall gilt der dort für die Untersuchung angegebene Preis.
