The detection of more… The detection of acetylcholine receptor antibodies is only in about 80% -90% of patients with a generalized and in 50% of patients with an ocular myasthenia gravis positive. Up to 40% of previously seronegative classified patients can be identified with specific antibodies against muscle specific tyrosine kinase. |
