Increased: LDH1/LDH2: more… Increased: LDH1/LDH2: Cardiac muscle damage, hemolysis, pernicious anemia. LDH3: lymphoproliferative diseases, splenic infarction, decay of thrombocytes. LDH4/LDH5: Liver and bile duct diseases, skeletal muscle diseases, tumours. A macro-LDH consists of complexes of immunoglobulins with LDH isoenzymes; a macro-LDH is usually not assessed as a disease. |
