Preanalytics/Notes:	If possible, the stool sample should be frozen immediately after collection. If this is not possible, the stool sample should be taken to the doctor's office immediately after collection to be frozen there. From the doctor's office, the sample is to be transported to the laboratory in frozen state. Please note: It is essential to avoid admixing water, urine, menstrual blood as well as cleaning and disinfection agents (using e.g. bedpan, disposable paper plate or "stool collector").
