According to the literature, the trough level should be measured for the first time 3 days after the start of therapy or dose modification. Peak levels 2 hours after taking the drug should be between 30 and 80 µg/ml. For peak levels >100 µg/ml, an increased probability of undesired haematological effects is described. |
