Preanalytics/Notes:	Every sample container must be clearly labelled (last name, first name, date of birth or alternatively patient ID/bar code). The examination request must be filled out completely and signed by the physician withdrawing the sample. It is necessary to clearly assign the required test to the corresponding sample container.
