If anti-erythrocyte more… If anti-erythrocyte antibodies are detected, assessment with regard to the clinical relevance is necessary. Anti-D prophylaxis for Rh-negative mothers: An irregular anti-D is detected which possibly cannot be detected weeks later. When sending samples for the antibody screening post partum, the laboratory should always be informed of any anti-D prophylaxis that has been carried out. |
